So, from my previous post which I blogged about The Garden, I visited their shop again and tried out different foods. Just want to share with you people about the food. As usual, their set menu comes with Main Course+Drinks+ Ice Cream of your choice.

Ah Lai Coffee Shop ( Under the Big Tree) @ Gat Lebuh Gereja

Ah Lai Coffee Shop Under the Big Tree is famous for its breakfast/lunch spot in Penang. Business hours are from 9.00am-5.00pm from Monday to Saturday and until 1.00pm on Sundays. This coffee shop is located at town area and parking spaces might be a problem sometimes. They're famous for their Maggie Noodles (Curry maggie, Tomyum maggie, Chicken maggie, etc) and variety types of toasted bread. As for drinks, saw some recommendations on the internet which is their 'Cham Peng', which is a mixture of Coffee and  Tea. I've tried their  'Cham Peng' as well and find it nice compared to other 'Cham Peng' I've tried. Prices of their food is based on your own judgement whether it's worth it or not for a bowl of Maggie Noodles with sausages and eggs which is RM4.50 per bowl. Additional RM1.00 for cheese. Roti Special

Well, to me its just some normal toasted bread with sausages and egg. Not really special about the bread but what is special I guess is the price of the toasted bread. RM5 per piece which is not worth it at all.

Rockstarz Burger @ Ayer Itam/Greenlane

I've heard about Rockstarz Burger months ago and wanted to pay a visit to try out their burger. Their main branch is at Sungai Ara and now another branch is at Greenlane which is very near to Masjid Negeri. You can check their location and their updates on their Facebook Page. I find that their burger is more different than other Malay Burger Stalls as in their patty. Their patty are much more different in a way that they made it themselves instead of buying from supermarkets. Prices of burger are reasonable and tastes not bad to me. Good choice of place if you're hungry late at night as it opens until 1.00am. Photos!

Draw N Go Cafe

For the past few weeks, they even have a deal in Living Social and I've bought it to have a try to this cafe. This cafe is located at Greenlane Penang, just right opposite Chung Hwa Confucian High School (or 孔圣庙中华中学 in Chinese). You can get their address from their Facebook Page! When I first stepped into this cafe, I was attracted by their ambience of their cafe which is very cozy, special interior design where most of their designs are artwork and crafts (Photos below), and also friendly workers.

What they offer in this cafe is their 'Today's Special' which is Main Course , serves with Soup and Fruit Juices with a special price. Their Main Course is different most of the time (Look for latest updates on their Facebook Page or WeChat:Draw-N-Go_Cafe ). As you can see, the Grilled Pork Chop is served with Coleslaw, Mashed Potatoes and their Homemade Sauce. Portioning may be a little small, but this dish is recommended and worth a try!

As you can see their mashed potatoes are much more different as they have chips around. But I can say that, their mashed potatoes tastes really nice.

No specific name for this Homemade sauce according to the owner of Draw N Go. But the sauce tastes yummy with the aroma of the herbs.

Spaghetti Carbonara with Smoked Chicken

Their spaghetti carbonara is recommendable for Spaghetti Carbonara lovers out there. Served with chunks of mushroom and chickens. The portioning of this spaghetti can be acceptable and tastes delivious.

Fried Nuggets with Fries

The owner of Draw N Go is friendly to share out information about their cafe and also special thanks for taking a polaroid photo for me and my friend. Will definitely visit this cafe again and will try different foods instead! Stay tuned! Thank you.

Quality Tea @ The One, Bayan Baru

Well, Quality Tea is another Cafe located at The One, Bayan Baru which is a few shops away from the Red Hot The Best Hotdog and near to Grainloaf. It's not difficult to find this Cafe but go this cafe between Monday-Saturday (11am-10.30pm) as it closes on Sunday. So, this cafe has a cozy environment and suitable for gathering with food, light snacks and bubble tea drinks. They have Wi-Fi service here and I find the shop quite spacy and relaxing. Food here is cheap and reasonable but there are some food which are not recommended. Photos! 

Caramel Imagawayaki-RM2

This Caramel Imagawayaki is recommended as it has a soft texture. At first, I thought this imagawayaki will be sweet but apprently it wasn't. I would definitely go for this again. This Caramel flavor wasn't in the Imagawayaki menu but it's under Weekly Special. Ask the workers for the Weekly Special Flavor!

Popcorn Chicken- RM7

Popcorn Chicken has been my all time favorite. I think that this popcorn chicken is really worth it for the price compared to all the popcorn chicken's I've tried.  Their popcorn chicken is in bigger size compared to the small pieces of popcorn chicken which is almost the same price. I love the popcorn chicken and its recommended!

Cheesy Pork Roll Noodles-RM7

They serve rice and noodles too. But this Cheesy Pork Roll noodle is not really recommended.The Cheesy Pork Roll tasted not bad, crunchy and with the cheese. As for the noodles, it's rather disappointing. They should really improve their noodles for better quality of food and customers satisfaction.

French Fries Party-RM5

French Fries Party- Mixture of 3 types of fries (according to the worker), sweet plum potatoes and also sausages spiced with seasoning powder. Suitable for sharing as it's portioning is quite big and price is cheap. 

Apparently, we did not tried out the drinks there but will try out soon. I feel that this place serves the snacks better than the noodles. I will definitely visit this place again!
